近距离煤层群上保护层瓦斯抽采技术研究

Study on gas drainage technology of protective seam on short distance coal seam group

摘要: 基于汪家寨煤矿多煤层群的赋存条件,探讨了8#煤层作为11#煤层上保护层开采的必要性,分析了关键上保护层8#煤层开采期间瓦斯涌出状况、特点及影响因素,研究了近距离煤层上保护层煤与瓦斯共采技术,即:底板穿层预抽下邻近层采动卸压瓦斯、顶板钻孔抽采上覆煤层裂隙瓦斯、采空区埋管抽采采空区瓦斯。现场应用结果表明,通过在X40806工作面的运输巷、回风巷对邻近层打钻预抽,有效治理了X40806工作面的瓦斯,保证了工作面正常生产,实现了煤与瓦斯共采。

Abstract: Abstract: Based on the occurrence conditions of multi coal seam group in Wang Jiazhai coal mine, the necessity of mining 8# coal seam as a protective layer on the 11# coal seam is discussed. The gas emission status, characteristics and influencing factors during the mining of the upper protective layer 8# coal seam are analyzed, and the gas extraction technique of the protective layer on the close seam is studied. Dynamic pressure relief gas, roof drilling to extract seam gas in the overlying seam and underground gas drainage in goaf to extract goaf gas. Through the transportation lane and the return air lane of the protective layer, the protective layer is drilled and pre pumped to effectively control the gas of the protective layer, so as to ensure the normal production of the working face, and the co production of coal and gas is realized.
